EQUIPMENT
Specialist calibration equipment is used to accurately adjust your controller for accuracy, both for actual temperature as well as ambient temperature. We are the only people that can properly repair Domatronic units in South Africa.
OTHER REPAIRERS
We do not encourage sending Domatronic units to anyone else for repair. We have no agents in South Africa. We have received quite a few controllers that have been damaged by non-certified repairers. These then become costly to repair, or may even be irreparable.
COLLECTION/DELIVERY

We are able to collect and deliver within the Johannesburg/West Rand area.
We boast a 2- to 3-day turnaround time for repairs, subject to delivery/collection arrangements. All repaired units are thoroughly tested and fully re-calibrated before collection/delivery. We always quote you prior to commencing repairs.
